How to avoid proscatination

Proscatination is just another example of being ruled by your mind. Once again your mind is dictating you what to do and you just accept its decision and of course you regret after doing/not doing it.

This small advice applies to situation when your subconscious mind and conscious mind are fighting and cannot get to decide whether you should/should not do it?

A small example:

At home, we are 4 brother and sisters and by turn we have to do evening dishes. Obviosuly it is evening and you really want to sleep especially looking at the tons of dishes waiting for you....I used to often leave it to the morning.."i'll do it in the morning, im tired!!"... but guess what Mornings comes!and yes waking up in the morning and seeing the tons of dishes waiting for me wasnt a pleasure and the same thing use to come to my mind.."I wish I did it in the evening!"....That is what happens when you let your mind control you...you "wish" you could have dome it but it is too late....One day I decided to take control over my mind and not let it rule me like this!
Now, When my dishes evening comes..obviosuly sometimes you still hear the little man in your head saying.."oh you'll do it tomorrow morning.." so all I do now is asking myself one question.."Tomorrow morning will i regret not having done the dishes yesterday?".. and obviosuly the reply is "YES, OH HELL YESSS" so that answer just completely take any proscatination feeling off my mind and I happily do the dishes late in evening... Morning comes and I wake up with a huge smile knowing no dishes are waiting for and i can take this time doing something more interesting :)

Basically, what i mean to say is that if you feel confused at times about decisions to take just ask yourself smart questions that will easily lead you to the right decision to take on the spot. Just Put yourself in the future and think if you did it how it would be and if you didnt how it would be.. I am sure the decision will come right away!
