It is very simple, your first step is to start being aware of your thoughts!...."Well.. How can I be aware of my thoughts?"..Very simple..I'll explain you and once you start doing it on a regular basis you will see that after some time, it becomes automatic for you to do it!Let's start!
- Choose to think positive! Your psychological state of mind does not need to be determined by your surroundings, but by YOUR freedom of choice. Take control dont be controlled!
- Examine the source of your feelings, Are you feeling sad? What have you been thinking about? Are you happy? What thoughts make you happy? Are you angry? No one can make you angry but you. What thoughts have made you angry? How could you think about things differently so as to avoid anger? Analyse your feelings to the deepest. You have to get to the root of it to understand the Why of your emotions.
- Listen to your thoughts. If they are contrary to who you want to be or what you want to achieve, dismiss them. Replace those counterproductive thoughts with positive ones. Remember, your mind is a stage and you are the director.
- Purposefully use your thoughts to achieve your goals. Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich" affirms that focusing our thoughts on our goals in a positive manner will lead us to their fulfillment.
